Terms of Service

1. Using the game

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Do not use the game if you do not agree.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Give accurate information and do not share or sell your account. You can delete your account at any time (see the Delete account page).

3. Fair play

Leaderboard scores are verified on our server. Do not cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits, or interfere with the service. We may remove scores, restrict or ban accounts that break these rules, without refund of virtual items.

4. Virtual items and purchases

• Meteors, stardust, diamonds, scenes and upgrades are virtual items with no cash value. They are licensed to you for use in the game only and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe, Telegram, Apple or Google and are also subject to their terms. Except where the law or the store's rules say otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Purchased items never give an advantage on the Pure and Daily leaderboards.
• We may change prices, rewards and the availability of items.

5. Your content

Names and photos you provide must be lawful and not offensive, misleading or infringing. You give us a licence to display them in the game (for example on leaderboards). We may remove content that breaks these terms.

6. Ads

The game may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its art, music, code and name belong to NTT Media or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute them except as the law permits.

8. Availability and changes

We provide the game "as is". We may change, suspend or stop the game or any feature at any time, and may update these terms; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
